Ringrazio Gianluca per l’immensa ospitalitá, molto gentile e veramente disponibile per ogni cosa. Alloggio situato a 2 min a piedi da supermercato, pizzeria, bar e tabaccheria. Veramente molto interessante.

Gianluca ist ein sehr netter, höflicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und für Fragen immer offen und erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Beschreibung im Internet trifft voll zu. Es ist alles verfügbar, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Städtchen und Promenade laden zum Flanieren und Verweilen ein. Für den Einkauf befindet sich ein Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Lieber Gianluca, es waren schöne Tage bei dir. Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen dir deshalb auf diesem Wege nochmals für deine nette und zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft DANKE sagen.

The apartment is big and comfortable with a great kitchen that we enjoyed cooking in. It’s really close to a supermarket with fresh produce and a small beach on the lake. The area is nice and quiet with bakeries and coffee shops at walking distance. The best part was the great host that happily welcomed us and helped with anything we needed. Thanks Gianluca!

War ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden herzlich empfangen. Top Wohnung und eine ruhige Lage. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum See. Gianluca war ein super netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Wenn es Fragen gab, hat er sich immer sehr viel Zeit und Mühe gegeben um sie zu beantworten 🙂 Gerne wieder.

Je recommande le logement de Gianluca : cet hôte est très à l’écoute et son appartement est agréable et très bien situé. La petite plage à 5 minutes de l’appartement est très appréciable.

An excellent apartment within walking distance to all of the amenities you could possibly need for a holiday. Gianluca was there to greet us and answer any questions regarding the apartment and local area. Plenty of information in the apartment about all of the local services. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Wohnung genau wie beschrieben, größer als erwartet. Die Lage super optimal, kurzer Weg zum See, Bäcker und Supermarkt 100m entfernt. Trotz der Lage, sehr ruhig in der Seitenstrasse, wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort und zwei Hunden, konnten sehr gut schlafen. Kleine schöne Promenade mit Restaurants und Bars. Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht, jedoch nicht aufdringlich, so sollte es sein!!! Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten bei der Anreise. Kommunikation sehr schnell und gut.

We scheduled a last-minute getaway for the long weekend. Due to heavy traffic, we arrived very late – around midnight – however, Gianluca was gracious enough to wait for us! The flat is located a quiet road and within walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery and café. The baby cot was very convenient for our daughter to sleep in. Gianluca was extremely hospitable and helpful. Thanks for making a memorable holiday!

Moritz (Deutschland – Ostern 2018)The flat is quite big, definitely bigger than the pictures suggest, and perfectly located. The area is calm and not noisy, but you’ll still be able to reach larger towns within short drives. The flat has everything you need for a short stay: coffee machines, cooking equipment, towels, comfy sofa… Gianluca is superfast in responding and a great host. He waited for us without complain as we arrived late and even had some snacks for us. He also has a lot of maps and guides ob what to do around the area. Thanks again Gianluca for having us!
